All perishable food and beverage products shall be refrigerated at a temperature of not more than 50 degrees Fahrenheit from the time such food or beverage products are manufactured, processed or otherwise made suitable for human consumption until such time as such food or beverage products are delivered or served to the consumer. All packages of perishable food or beverage shall be conspicuously labeled: “PERISHABLE – KEEP REFRIGERATED.” (Ord. 855 § 2; prior code § 15.26).
