A large vehicle equipped to cook and sell food as a mobile kitchen, and as defined in California Health and Safety Code Section 113831, as may be amended, and also means a vehicle that operates as a food facility from which food is sold or distributed at retail, and is not a vending vehicle for purposes of this chapter, and as regulated in CVMC 19.58.440.
