Dishes, glasses, drinking glasses or other utensils that are cracked, chipped or damaged shall not be used, and may be confiscated or destroyed at any time when necessary in the opinion of the health officer to protect the public health and safety. (Ord. 855 § 2; prior code § 15.48(C)).
