No cask, water cooler or other receptacle shall be used for storing or supplying drinking water to the public or to employees unless it is covered and protected so as to prevent persons from dipping the water therefrom or from otherwise contaminating such water. All such containers shall be provided with a faucet or other approved device for drawing the water. (Ord. 855 § 2; prior code § 15.39).
