Upon confirmation and final decision issued by the hearing examiner, the Chief of Police or his designee shall, in addition to the requirements of CVMC 1.40.020(H), post a copy or copies of the notice of revocation of permit to operate at the hotel/motel. (Ord. 3491 § 1, 2020; Ord. 3041 § 2, 2006).
