A posted notice of revocation of permit to operate may only be removed by an authorized City official. Any removal, covering, defacing, altering or tampering by unauthorized Person(s) may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor. (Ord. 3491 § 1, 2020; Ord. 3041 § 2, 2006).
