It is unlawful for any Person to manage, operate or conduct any poolroom or billiard room in the City without first obtaining a license from the City Manager or designee authorizing such Person to keep, maintain and conduct a poolroom or billiard room. (Ord. 2718 § 1, 1998; prior code § 24.8).
