The applicant for a tentative parcel map shall file an application with the City Engineer on a form prescribed by the City. The application shall be accompanied by a fee as set forth in CVMC 18.28.020 through 18.28.090, which will not be refundable, together with sufficient copies of a tentative parcel map prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the subdivision manual.
