Prior to the submission of a tentative parcel map with the Director of Development Services for processing, the property owner shall pay to the City Clerk the required fee(s) in the amount(s) identified in the master fee schedule or any amendment thereto. Said fee shall cover the entire processing of the parcel map to recordation, but shall not include checking of any required improvement plans or inspection of improvements. Required fee(s) shall also be charged for plan review and inspection of public improvements for parcel maps. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
