The Director of Development Services shall notify the subdivider, in writing, of the action taken by the Commission. In the coastal zone, the Director of Development Services shall provide notice within seven calendar days of the final decision on the application for a tentative map. Such notice shall include conditions of approval, if any, written findings to support the decision, and the procedures for filing an appeal to the Coastal Commission, if applicable, and shall be sent by first class mail to the subdivider, the Coastal Commission, and any person who specifically requested notice of final decisions on subdivision applications.
