All permits issued hereunder shall be presumed to include the provision that the permittee, his agent, contractors and employees shall carry out the proposed work in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and in compliance with all the requirements of the permit and this chapter. The civil engineer shall file a report as specified in CVMC 15.04.140. (Ord. 3005 § 1, 2005; Ord. 1797 § 1, 1978).
