A. Modifications of the approved grading or clearing and grubbing plan must be in writing and be approved by the City Engineer and/or his designated representative. All necessary soil and geological reports shall be submitted with any substantial proposal to modify the approved grading plan.

B. No land development work in connection with any proposed modifications shall be permitted without the approval of the City Engineer and/or his designated representative. (Ord. 3005 § 1, 2005; Ord. 1797 § 1, 1978).
