Movement of oversize loads and/or vehicles shall be prohibited during the hours of darkness (one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise), and between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the Chief of Police.
