Restrictions imposed by CVMC 9.32.010 and 9.32.020 will not be deemed to prohibit the sale of or the carrying of ordinary firearms, tools or equipment carried in good faith for the uses of honest work, trade or business, or for the purpose of legitimate sport or recreation. (Prior code § 20.17).
