The provisions of CVMC 9.13.010 to 9.13.120 regulating sexually oriented businesses are not intended to be exclusive, and compliance therewith shall not excuse noncompliance with any other provisions of the Municipal Code and/or any other regulations pertaining to the operation of businesses as adopted by the City.
