A. The term of a bingo license is one year and may be renewed for a period of one year upon payment of the required fee(s) and application therefor.

B. For a new license application or for each change in the bingo chairpersons who will manage the bingo game, there shall be a nonrefundable fee for investigation and for processing the applicant’s fingerprints.
