Such assessment or tax shall be entered by the City Clerk upon the real property tax assessment rolls upon certification by the Fire Chief as to such amount, and when so entered, shall become a lien upon the real property involved, and the tax shall be collected by the Director of Finance in the manner and form provided for the collection of other City taxes.
