The interior and the exterior of every food vending vehicle and all equipment therein shall have smooth, washable surfaces and shall be maintained in good repair and in a sanitary manner. Each vending vehicle shall be inspected at least semi-annually by a health officer. Vending vehicles shall be loaded and ready for operation at the time of inspection. A certificate of inspection, valid for six months, shall be issued to vending vehicles conforming to the requirements of this code.
