Each Permittee, Agent, or representative of any Owner (1) shall provide to the Director of Development Services such records relating to the use and occupancy of the Short-Term Rental Unit, and (2) shall cooperate in the conduct of inspections of the Short-Term Rental Unit, as may be reasonably requested by the Director of Development Services, to determine that the objectives and conditions of this chapter are met.
