Consistent with this chapter, the City Manager or his/her designee shall be authorized to establish and implement a Shared Micro-Mobility Device Pilot Program (“Program”) under which he/she shall be authorized to issue one or more Permits to facilitate the operation of a Shared Micro-Mobility Device Business and the operation and use of Shared Micro-Mobility Devices within the City of Chula Vista. Permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire and terminate 12 calendar months after the date of issuance, unless extended by the City in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 3450 § 1, 2019).
