Pursuant to the provisions of Section 18010, Part 2, Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code, the division of housing of the building inspection division of the Department of Public Works is hereby charged with the enforcement of Part 2, Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code and the California Administrative Code, Title 8, Chapter 9, Articles 2, 3, 4 and 5, pertaining to mobilehomes and mobilehome parks.
