Effective upon adoption of a Chula Vista gaming plan that addresses the subject matter of this section, but only to the extent allowed by the Chula Vista gaming plan if more restrictive than the provisions hereof, there shall be no limit on the number of players permitted at any one card table in any game. Until the adoption of the Chula Vista gaming plan, no more than eight players shall be permitted at any one card table. (Ord. 2655 § 1, 1995; Ord. 1305 § 2; prior code § 9.103(5)).
