Unless otherwise allowed by the Chula Vista gaming plan, no license shall permit the drinking of any intoxicating liquor in the premises licensed under the provisions of this code. (Ord. 2655 § 1, 1995; Ord. 1305 § 2; prior code § 9.103(3)).
