The City Council shall have the power to suspend any certificate upon receipt of information indicating that the ambulance Owner concerned is not complying fully with all the applicable provisions of this chapter relative to ambulances. (Ord. 3221 § 1, 2012; Ord. 886 § 1; prior code § 31.56.1).
