No greater or lesser amount of money shall be charged or received for any license than is provided in this title and CVMC 8.20.020 and 9.13.030, and no license shall be sold or issued for any part of time other than is provided in this title and the sections cited above, and there shall be no rebate given for any unused portion of the term, except as in this title and the sections cited above otherwise specifically provided.
