The City Council finds that collection of the Fee established by this chapter is necessary to provide funds for the Public Facilities and to ensure certainty in capital facilities budgeting for growth-impacted Public Facilities. (Ord. 3464 § 1, 2019; Ord. 3050 § 2, 2006).
