Historical resource survey” means a systematic, detailed examination of an area designed to gather information about historic properties pursuant to Chapter 21.04 CVMC. The information and analysis shall be contained within state-prescribed forms for recording historical resources, currently referred to as the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) 523 Series Form, as may be amended from time to time, and shall conform to the state historic preservation guidelines for recording historical resources as made a part of the City’s HPP.
