“Eligible historical resource” means any resource that is listed in a historical resources inventory as being significant or that has been substantiated through the completion of a DPR form, an expert technical analysis report, or by the Zoning Administrator to be eligible for listing on the local register pursuant to CVMC 21.04.100, or any resource that is eligible for listing on the California Register of Historical Resources, or the National Register of Historic Places.
