This chapter does not apply to the following:
A. Registered local, state or federal historical sites.
B. Ecological restoration projects that do not require a permanent irrigation system.
C. Mine land reclamation projects that do not require permanent irrigation systems.
D. Existing plant collections, as part of botanical gardens and arboretums open to the public. (Ord. 3357 § 1, 2015; Ord. 3146 § 1 (Exh. A), 2009).
