The purpose of this chapter is to reduce the risk of labor disputes on certain projects in which the City has a proprietary or financial interest by requiring Project Labor Agreements be entered into on such projects. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the City’s ability to enter into or otherwise require PLAs in other circumstances. (Ord. 3554 § 2, 2023).
