It is unlawful for any person without a permit duly issued by the City Manager for a special event to consume or possess any alcoholic beverage, as defined in California Business and Professions Code Section 23004, upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, plaza, public park, beach, restroom, launching ramp, or any other public areas within the limits of the City in that area commonly known as the Chula Vista launching ramp; more particularly described as that area lying southerly of G Street and westerly of Tidelands Avenue and the southerly prolongation of its north-south axis. (Ord. 1978 § 1, 1982; Ord. 1947 § 1, 1981).
