It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or occupy any of the area of the Chula Vista boat launching and marina facilities at the J Street Marina, as the same is described on the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated in this chapter by reference as if set forth in full, for any purpose between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless such person has written authorization from the Chief of Police or the Director of Parks and Recreation.
