The following described portions of real estate, and all improvements and equipment thereon and connected therewith, have heretofore by Ordinance 335, adopted by the City Council on November 14, 1944, been created as City parks:

All as per map 505, filed in the office of the county recorder March 13, 1888.

In addition thereto, the City Council has, from time to time, by resolution duly recorded, dedicated all or portions of said property and other property acquired by the City for park purposes. The City may, from time to time, acquire land for specialized recreational activities which shall be under the supervision of the Director of Parks and Recreation and shall be subject to the rules and regulations governing parks and recreational areas as specified herein.
