All moneys derived from the sale of unclaimed property other than perishable property shall be deposited in the general fund of the City and shall belong to the City. If more than one article is offered for sale at auction, they may be sold individually or collectively, as the Chief of Police may determine. (Ord. 3455 § 1, 2019; prior code § 2.42).
