The Board’s meeting schedule shall include at least one regular meeting per month, at the day, time, and location established by written resolution of the Board. The City Attorney or his or her appointed representative shall act as secretary to the Board. The secretary shall cause notice of the meetings of the Board to be kept and distributed. The secretary shall also give appropriate and required written notice of all meetings to all members and persons having business before the Board. (Ord. 3435 § 1, 2018; Ord. 3264 § 1, 2013).
