The chair shall serve as presiding officer at meetings. In the absence of the chair, the vice chair, if any, shall serve as presiding officer. In the absence of the chair and the vice chair, if any, the secretary shall call the meeting to order, and the voting members shall select a chair pro tem from any of the board or commission’s voting members for purposes of conducting business at that meeting.
