The secretary for each board and commission shall prepare an annual written report of attendance on a form developed by the City Clerk, which includes the percentages of absences of members for both regular and special meetings during the preceding fiscal year, the total number of meetings held by the board or commission, the number of meetings missed by each member for the preceding fiscal year, and each member’s compliance with mandatory training as required by CVMC 2.25.160. The report shall be delivered to the City Clerk no later than June 30th of each year. The City Clerk shall forward the report to the Mayor and City Councilmembers.
