The industrial development authority is established pursuant to the California Industrial Development Financing Act to be known as the Chula Vista Industrial Development Authority. Such industrial development authority is authorized to transact business and exercise its powers under provisions of the California Industrial Development Financing Act. (Ord. 1971 § 2, 1982).
