Any person who shall resist or hinder the Fire Chief in the performance of his duties or shall fail when asked to assist him shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.

All directions given by the Fire Chief under the authority of this chapter shall be complied with by the persons directed in that regard and at their expense and any person failing to comply with such directions shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
