Over the minimum tenure of projects containing target units, the City will either directly or, via one or more third parties, provide for the preparation and/or reviewing of all affordable housing agreements and recurring services associated with the administration and monitoring of such units. The City Council may establish an administrative fee to fully recover the costs associated with such administration and monitoring, the amount of which shall be established by ordinance of the City Council.
