Whenever this Bayfront Specific Plan refers to another article, section, or subsection of the Chula Vista Zoning Code, such reference shall be deemed incorporated herein. Amendments to the Chula Vista Zoning Code shall not be effective in the coastal zone until and unless an amendment to this plan is approved by the Coastal Commission.
