Whenever the provisions of this Bayfront Specific Plan conflict with the provisions of the Chula Vista zoning provisions (CVMC Title 19, Planning and Zoning, hereinafter referred to as the “Chula Vista Zoning Code”) or whenever the provisions reflect an internal conflict, the Bayfront Specific Plan provisions shall supersede those of the Chula Vista Zoning Code. In all cases, whenever provisions require interpretation, the LUP shall provide clarification or amplification. (Ord. 3352 § 2, 2015; Ord. 3238 § 2 (Exh.
