Within 30 days following the receipt of the required evidence, or receipt of the reports of expert consultants, the Zoning Administrator shall make a determination as to compliance or noncompliance with the performance standards. If the Zoning Administrator determines the existing or proposed use is in compliance, he shall authorize the issuance of any permits which may have been withheld pending said determination.
