Heliports or landing strips for aircraft, except as part of an approved residential subdivision providing for aircraft landing, taxiing and hangaring, shall be located no closer than 600 feet from any R zone, and shall provide runways so oriented that aircraft landing and taking off do not normally pass below 200 feet directly over dwellings. Proponents shall show that adequate controls or measures will be taken to prevent offensive dust, noise, vibrations or bright lights, and proponents shall show that the field in question conforms to standards of the Federal Aeronautics Authority for the particular class of field.
