Golf driving ranges shall be located only on major or secondary thoroughfares except when incidental to a golf course. Floodlights used to illuminate the premises shall be so directed and shielded as not to be an annoyance to any developed residential property. The golf driving platform shall be not less than 200 feet from any adjacent R zone. The driving area shall be planted with grass, equipped with a sprinkler system, and maintained in good condition at all times. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
