In any C-T district directly across a street or thoroughfare (excluding a freeway) from any R district, the parking and loading facilities shall be distant at least 10 feet from said street, and the buildings and structures at least 20 feet from said street. All access drives or curb cuts across a street from any R district are prohibited unless specifically approved by the staff. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
