For all appeals from actions of the Planning Commission or Zoning Administrator or any appeal filed pursuant to Chapter 19.12 CVMC or this chapter, the fee shall be the required fee(s). In addition, any request for action by the City Council not specifically covered within the fee structure established by this chapter shall be subject to the required fee(s) therefor.
