A public hearing shall be held by the Planning Commission and City Council as provided herein:

A. Such hearing before the City Council shall be set for public hearing by the City Clerk within 30 calendar days. The meeting date shall also be no more than 60 calendar days after the Planning Commission’s action;

B. The secretary of the Commission and City Clerk shall publish notice of hearings in a newspaper of general circulation in the City not less than 10 business days prior to the date of said hearings. Failure of owners to receive notice of hearings shall in no way affect the validity of action taken. (Ord. 3563 § 11, 2024; Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
