The City Manager may conduct a site inspection to verify the property owner’s conformance to the terms of the UAIZ contract, including, but not limited to, an initial inspection within 90 days of the execution of a UAIZ contract, every year after the execution of the UAIZ contract, or as otherwise determined necessary by the City Manager.
