Street trees shall be provided by the subdivider in all subdivisions. Trees shall be planted within the street right-of-way, within a dedicated planting easement, or within a combination of both, having a combined width of 10 feet. Street trees shall be selected, installed and maintained in accordance with CVMC 12.28.010 and 12.28.020 et seq. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
